Brain is not fully developed until age 24

Daily Mail report that researchers have found that the brain is not fully developed until the age of 24. That gives a lot of credence to the fact that people should get some work experience before they apply themselves to university education. Once people have had some real work place experience they are better placed to decide on an appropriate university education.

It also explains the 'boy racers' and begs the question whether children should be allowed to drive at the young age of 17?

Great Ormand Hospital have been involved in studies that began 58 years ago. It begs the question why did this not come to light in Professor Tanner's work?
